Observing stays at ESO, La Silla, David Dunlap, Mt. Stromlo, Mt. John Observatories. 2000-2003 chairman of the Organizing Committee of the IAU Working Group "Active B Stars". Member of consorcia of the MONS and Eddington space projects. Since November 2004 on long-term leave at the ESO Paranal Observatory.
